That’s Trendy! Wide Leg Crop Pants Edition-Part Deux

Are you still with me?

Good. Because I have a few more things to share with you! Here’s two more J.Crew try-ons before we move to online:

Pants: size 6   Top: size medium

Tiger Tiger Pants, Ya’ll! Those are pink tigers and, ladies, these pants are AWESOME (said in sing-song voice)! High waisted with a sturdy waistband, belt tie, so feather light and SO FUN. Pricey, yes, but I lucked out and got 40% off with an additional 20% for using a J.Crew card. #Ijustifiedit. I don’t see these ever leaving my closet. Ever. I also bought the buttah soft t-shirt in navy to wear with them.

Pants: size 28 (but needed a 27)   Top: large (bought the medium)

These striped patch work pocket wide-leg crops are the same style as the light blue washed wide-leg crop but I loved these so much more! I felt completely different in them – from comfort to the fit. I had to size down to a 27 because of a nice amount of stretch. Plus, the extra small stripes made for a flattering fit. These came home with me!

I’m wearing the buttah t-shirt in a large in the pic. I wanted to see how it looked and how I felt – but it was much too wide in the torso and too long. The large did give me a nice polished slouch look, if that makes sense. But I bought the medium because I liked how the arms fit better.

ONLINE

I couldn’t hit alllll the stores (working full-time mom of three here …) but here’s what I found when I went online:

Target

I feel like Target has become my Forever21 or H&M; when I want something that is on trend but not spend a fortune, to Target I go! I know it will only last one season (although I do have some things that have stood the test of time!) Plus, we can all agree that Target has really stepped up it’s game in the last couple years.

These look like a nice, light material. They didn’t get the best reviews but for a dressed down look – they are on point!

For a more professional look – these are similar to my J.Crew crepe pants but with spandex instead!

I’m loving the faux paperbag waist and different detail of these wide-legs!

Anthropologie

My favorite store. EVER. My love for Anthro has no bounds. And just like the other retailers, they are having more discounts than ever before. If I buy smart, I can have Anthro clothes forever and ever.

A chino in pretty colors and flattering fit!

A retro 1940’s inspired wide-leg with an elastic waist band!

Ya’ll know I can’t resist a jumpsuit AND in gingham?! Sold.

Abercrombie & Fitch

You may be surprised to see I included A&F here. But let me tell you – I’ve had quite a bit of luck with A&F! Their style has gotten a touch more sophisticated and I’ve found pieces that I wear to death. Size up as I feel the sizing is still Junior-ish.

A belted wide-leg crop that also comes in a fun stripe!

This jumpsuit with the bow-tie front and lots of color choices.
